HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
All products undergo handling before being shipped.
99% of orders are dispatched within 1-3 days after the purchase.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped, including a tracking number.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT THE ITEM?
If you change your mind about your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@podbag.com. Our team will be happy to assist you in finding a solution.
However, we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate your request if you don’t email us within 12 hours of making the purchase.
CAN I STILL CHANGE MY ORDER MORE THAN 24 HOURS AFTER PURCHASE?
Unfortunately, no. All orders are processed after 24 hours and cannot be altered afterward.
If you email us within 12 hours of the purchase with all necessary details, we will do our best to accommodate your request at support@podbag.com.
CAN I STILL CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER RECEIVING MY SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?
Unfortunately, no. Once an order leaves our warehouse, it is final and cannot be changed.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

For orders within the UK, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, which you can use to track your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At the moment, we cannot offer tracking information for all international orders. However, you will receive your order within 10-20 business days.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
U.K. ORDERS
Delivery takes approximately 5-10 business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, delivery typically takes 10-20 business days. Please allow extra time for international deliveries. If you haven’t received your order after 20 business days, feel free to contact us at support@podbag.com.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your refund is approved, it may take up to 14 business days to process, depending on your payment method.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY REFUND YET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please notify us immediately at support@podbag.com. A member of our team will assist you.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEM?
If you’ve received a damaged item, please email us right away at support@podbag.com with photos of the item and proof of your order (order number, full name). We’ll help you resolve the issue promptly. You have 30 days from receipt to request a replacement or refund for a damaged item.
I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you haven’t received an email confirming your order, please contact us at support@podbag.com with your full name and shipping address, and we’ll quickly resolve the issue.
