Return & Refund Policy

Return Time:

If you wish to return an item purchased from podbag.com, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. The items must be in perfect condition with all labels attached. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Damaged Items:

If your item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible at support@podbag.com with a brief description of the issue and pictures of the defects on your product. We will respond to you within 2 business days. Please send us a picture of the defect with a brief explanation of the problem, and we will issue a refund immediately. Note that you must make a claim within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your defective bag for another one, we will cover the shipping costs of the new bag and the return of the faulty bag. The new bag will be shipped within two days after your exchange request has been accepted.

Other Return Reasons:

If you wish to return your order for any reason other than defective items, you have 30 days from the date of receipt. Please write to us at support@podbag.com, providing your order number.

Please note that the cost of returns for reasons other than a defective product must be paid by the customer. We will respond to your request within a maximum of 2 business days, and the return label will be sent to you the next day.

Refund:

The refund will be processed within two business days after we receive your package. Once the return process is completed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. The refund for your returned item(s) will be credited back to the same form of payment used for the original purchase, and the credit will appear on your next statement. All returns must be made within 30 days from the day you received your order.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received a refund, please first check your credit card or PayPal account again. Then contact your credit card company or PayPal, as it may take some time for your refund to officially appear on your statement.

If you still haven't received your refund 14 days after it was processed, please contact us at support@podbag.com, and we will respond to your request within two business days.

Lost Orders:

While it is rare for orders to be lost, if the tracking number shows that your order has been delivered to your shipping address, please contact the shipping company listed on the tracking information. We cannot be held responsible for issues caused by the shipping company.

If the order is not delivered to your address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@podbag.com with your order and tracking numbers. We will issue a refund or ship another item as per your request within 2 business days of your inquiry.
